sells charcoal, his coal business is small. Every time the sun sets and night falls, he's already back at his coal fire pit, stirring the coals with a wooden spoon. He is our local old man who sells charcoal.
Each time I see him on my way home from school or work, I can't help but feel a little bit of warmth in my heart. His life might be simple and tough, but it's also filled with purpose and dignity. As the cold winter days go by, his presence becomes more and more familiar to me.
One day, as I was walking past his stall again, he called out to me with a warm smile: "Come here for some coal! It'll keep you warm tonight!" His words were so genuine that they made me want to reach out and give him a hug.
